Chief Human Resources Officer & Chief Operating Officer, THELAYMA — a division of Xerendipity Corporation Ltd.

Last updated: 29 July 2026

Milena Scardacchi is the Chief Human Resources Officer and Chief Operating Officer of THELAYMA, the dual-capital analysis and advisory house within Xerendipity Corporation Ltd. A Founding Partner with an operations-leadership career across international luxury businesses, she leads THELAYMA’s human-capital practice — the disciplined assessment, valuation and retention of senior talent understood as an organisation’s defining asset.

What Milena leads at THELAYMA

Milena owns THELAYMA’s human-capital lens: how senior and executive talent is assessed, valued and retained, and how the true cost of the wrong appointment is read before it is made. She brings the same discipline THELAYMA applies to a balance-sheet asset to the least-recorded asset most organisations hold — their people — for the family offices, boards and founder-led enterprises the house advises.

Background

Milena’s career has been built in operations leadership at the top of the international luxury market. She was Operations Director of Global LifeStyle, the UK-based luxury tour operator, from 2008, and Chief Operating Officer and a board member of Circle of Lords, the London-based luxury tour operator and concierge. She is a Founding Partner of Xerendipity Corporation Ltd., which she co-founded in response to the growing demand among private UHNW clients for permanent household staff — the practice through which she has spent years assessing senior talent against the exacting requirements of demanding principals.

The human-capital dimension of DIOGENE

Milena’s work rests on the human-capital side of the DIOGENE methodology — the proprietary framework THELAYMA uses to measure and value a capital. Where a résumé records what a person has done, DIOGENE reads what a person is worth to a specific organisation in its actual environment: the fit, the retention risk, the key-person concentration a market price never captures. THELAYMA publishes the framework openly and its readings transparently.
